Paula F. Spaulding (President) is currently a part-time consultant providing leadership training for various clients. She is an experienced Human Resource Manager with skills in training and development, recruitment and selection and, performance management. She worked in various management and senior leadership capacities during her career and recognized for her innovative ideas and professional training skills. She has volunteered her time as chair and/or member of various boards and committees and has served as editor of the Hillcrest Civic Association monthly newsletter, volunteered with the Children's Inn, Bethesda, Md., and served as Secretary for the committee to Promote Washington Board of Directors. L. Marie Guillory (Vice President & Legal Advisor) is a founder and member of Guillory & Hjort, PLLC, a law firm that specializes in telecommunications. Ms. Guillory has given countless public speeches on telecommunications regulation in both national and international venues. She previously headed the Legal and Industry Division of the National Telephone Cooperative Association and worked as an appellate attorney for the federal government. She holds a law degree from Rutgers Law School earning undergraduate and graduate degrees. She is the member of the Texas and Washington, DC bars. Ms. Guillory is Secretary and Treasurer of the Board of SAPTA Foundation, U.S.A. and has served as Director of Litigation for the Office of the People's Counsel for the District of Columbia. She is on the Board of the Washington Hospital Center and has previously served as President of the Board of the Fairfax County Branch of the NAACP and many other not-for-profit boards in Houston, Texas and the Washington, DC area. Donna Mann (Secretary), vocalist and actor has been a loyal member of Serenity Players, Inc. since 1985. She has also appeared in various performances produced by the company including God's Trombones, A Child's Heart, Pardon Me If I Cry, If the Drum Is a Woman & the Drummer Is a Man, Meditations of the Heart, Damien Doesn't Live Here Anymore, The Judgment Review, and Harriet. Donna won Best Actress Award for The Judgment Review at the 1988 Annual DC One Act Play Festival sponsored by the DC Department of Recreation.
