Advertise Your Business

Serenity Players, Inc. is pleased to make available advertising space. As a responsibility to our surrounding community, Serenity Players reserves the right to reject any advertisement deemed objectionable or misleading. Serenity Players' Founder and/or the Executive Director must approve all advertising.

Deadline: The ads must be submitted three (3) weeks before the performance date. If not, Serenity Players does not guarantee placement of the advertisement.

Ad Submission: Serenity Players must receive your ad (business card or ad) via email or mail. If sending by email, in the subject line put: PLAYBILL AD: YOUR COMPANY NAME. We will only accept the following files: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, JPEG or GIF.

We will not process your submission until we receive a form of payment. Verbal agreements are NOT recognized.

Ad Placement: We will attempt to honor requests for placement. If placement cannot be granted, Serenity Players will notify in a timely fashion to make other arrangements.

Cancellation: A composition charge of $10 per ad will be assessed for advertisements that are set and then cancelled.

Payment: Please make check or money order payable to Serenity Players, Inc.
