List Your Business

Serenity Players, Inc. is pleased to make available space for Sponsors who wish to be recognized and listed in a performance playbill. As a responsibility to our surrounding community, the company reserves the right to reject any submission deemed objectionable or misleading. Serenity Players cannot accept advertisements that contain qualitative or comparative language, price information, an endorsement of a product or service, or any inducement to purchase, sell, or use the sponsor's products or services.

Deadline: The ad must be submitted to the Marketing Manager three (3) weeks before the performance date. If not, Serenity Players does not guarantee placement of the advertisement.

Submission/Notice: In order to be listed, Serenity Players must receive your (business card or notice) in addition to the signed submission form via email, fax, or mail. If sending via email, in the subject line put: PLAYBILL LISTING: YOUR COMPANY NAME/YOUR NAME. We will only accept the following files: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, JPEG or GIF. We will not process your submission until we receive a form of payment. Verbal agreements are NOT recognized.

Submission Placement: The Marketing Manager will attempt to honor requests for placement. If placement is not granted, Serenity Players will notify you in a timely fashion to make other arrangements.

Cancellation: A composition charge of $15 per ad will be assessed for advertisements that are set and then cancelled.

Payment: Please make check or money order payable to Serenity Players, Inc.
