Harriet
By Playwright, Kisha Kenyatta

Appropriate for all age groups, this big-hearted
monologue delivered by a former slave, recounts
Harriet Tubman's childhood, her path to freedom via
the underground railroad and her return to lead her
family and 300 other slaves to freedom. Harriet was a
conductor on the railroad to freedom, a "Moses" to
her people. Her tale is laced with songs, dance and
hymns.
